She has been involved in so much over the years. She began teaching here at Brookside in 1994 and taught for four years.  She took a break for a few years before returning to Brookside and teaching fourth grade. She has been the 4th grade team leader, a PTA member, our computer specialist and has been on several committees to help improve both school and student experiences.  Mrs.

We had a great Valentine’s day on Friday.  There were a lot of class parties, Valentine boxes, cards and candy handed out and even a pinata in Mrs. Nielsen’s first grade class.  We want to thank all the room mothers and helpers that organized all the class parties. It was a fun day!
