Curiosity Museum

Submitted by susan.bird on

On October 9, the Fifth Graders went on a field trip to the Curiosity Museum at Thanksgiving Point.  It was a cold and windy day but that didn’t stop them from exploring the Discovery Gardens. They also had fun at the Waterworks, the Rainforest, and Kidopolis.  We were lucky to find that the traveling feature was an American Adventure. Students could travel the maze with a life board and see if they could survive in 1607.  We just finished studying the Lost Colony of Roanoke, Jamestown and the 13 original colonies. We all worked and played together and were exhausted when we got back.
