Dear Parents,
Happy Monday to you all! I hope you had a great weekend and that you have had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful weather we are having.
It has been a wonderful Veteran’s Day at Brookside Elementary. Our Veteran’s Day Assembly is one of my favorites. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn more about the sacrifices that are made for freedom and for students to show their appreciation to those who have made the sacrifices. It was a great experience.
This week is also our Fall Choir Concert. It will be on Thursday, November 14th, at 4:00 pm in the auditorium. Students need to wear their Brookside t-shirts to the concert. Also, they will have practices that day before and after school. Thank you to those who are in the choir and to Mrs. Evans and Mrs. Gallagher for making this experience possible.
