Mrs. Celiece Young is one of our new reading technicians. She works with students to help with their reading goals. The students love her and we are so lucky to add Mrs. Young to our Brookside family.

Who was your favorite teacher and why? I loved Ms. Sutton and Mr. Park from art city. Mr Park was the 5th grade teacher mentioned in my recess story. And Ms. Sutton was always so kind and happy.
If you were given $1000 - what would you buy? Clothes
Share a memory of school: When I was in 3rd grade the KSL weather team visited our school and did the weather from there. That was a fun day.
What is the best thing about your job? Getting to know the students at Brookside

- Favorite thing to play at recess: My 5th grade teacher would play a tag game in the snow. We would all stomp out a big circle with lines running through it. Then one person would be it and you had to stay on the path. All the kids would watch the 5th grade teachers play this with their students. It was so fun when I was finally a 5th grader and could play the game.
