Force and Motion

We learned about force and motion today. We sent different sized vehicles down a large ramp and a small ramp and compared how far they traveled!

Early Explorers

Submitted by susan.bird on

In fifth grade social studies, we started by learning about early explorers.  Students were asked to research and learn about an explorer, then they created a poster to share the information they learned.  Students were then able to read about all the explorers that were researched. These fifth graders did an amazing job.

Will Fry helped a classmate pick up her HD word kit when it fell. He always is there to help, Ryan Fay helped his classmates login to their chromebooks, and Tristan Bileen waited for a lot of boys to clear out of the bathroom then cleaned up all the paper towels on the floor. These are some amazing Brookside students and we love all the kind things our students do everyday!

Dear Parents,

It has been a wonderful start to the new school year! It is great to be back together as a staff and with the students. We are all trying to adjust to the COVID-19 protocols and we realize that it is going to take some time. Protocols are being followed and we are doing our best to stay healthy. Thank you for all your support and patience!

Here are just a few reminders as we head into the new week:
