We were excited today to visit the Springville power plant. They showed us the generators. They took us on a tour of the plant. Taught us about how to be safe with electricity.  We played with magnets, static electricity and powered light bulbs by riding a bike. They showed us what could happen if we touched a down power line. They helped us understand about insulators and conductors of electricity. We got to ride in a school bus and they even gave us a cookie and drink before we left.
