On October 6, Mrs. Lori Lewis received a PEAK award for her outstanding work! Mrs. Lewis is amazing. She will bend over backwards to help anyone, she loves all the kids and remembers their names and unique needs. She checks in with everyone and always has an easy smile. Mrs. Lewis is willing to do anything that’s asked of her and then goes the extra mile!
Mrs. Kandice Antonino nominated Mrs. Lewis and this is what was said about her: “Lori is always willing to do anything she is asked! She will drop everything and cover a class if the sub doesn't fill. She will take the time to learn and understand a new program to help struggling readers. Lori is over our Before School Computer Lab. She shows up before most teachers every morning. She is the first adult that most of our students, especially our struggling students see in the morning. Lori is very aware of these students and their needs. She greets them with a warm smile and a cheerful attitude to get their day started off right!”
