Brookside's Outstanding Employee of the Year is Mrs. Sandra Lamb. This award is very well deserved. Mrs. Lamb works in our Reset Room. This is where students can go to reset. If they are struggling, having a hard day or need to calm down, they are sent to Mrs. Lamb who helps them reset and return to the classroom. Mrs. Lamb is amazing!
Mrs. Knoebel said, “Mrs. Lamb is always willing to work on time consuming projects for me. But, more importantly, she continually works with my struggling students and offers care, guidance, and love during the times when it’s most difficult to do. I LOVE working with Mrs. Lamb.”
Mrs. Smith added, “Mrs. Lamb is and always has been willing to help with kids, help complete paper projects, or really just help with anything. She has such a compassionate heart, for our students and for us. Her kindness has spread throughout our school for years and it has made a difference for probably thousands of people. Sandra is always a source of source, and sometimes relief! She is much loved here at Brookside!”
Mrs. Bills Said, “All I know is Mrs. Bills is a lifesaver to the teachers in this school. Brookside will never be the same without Sandra. She is hands down the best at what she does!”
In response to this award, Mrs. Lamb said, “I am in awe of the kindness shown to me. I love my work, l love our school, I love our students, I especially love my co-workers that have become my work family. You are all a very big part of my life, with memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for the award today, it is very much appreciated.”
This sentiment is echoed throughout the building. We love Sandra Lamb and thank her for everything she does for each and every one of us. She is the best!
