Mrs. Mandy Knoebel is one of our amazing third grade teachers. She has been teaching for four years. Mandy is always positive, encouraging and fun to be around. She is a great teacher and her students love her. We love having Mrs. Knoebel here at Brookside.
Mandy graduated High School at Academia Juarez in Mexico. She received an Associates degree in Recreation Education from Ricks College and a BS in Elementary Education from BYU. She also attended BYU-Hawaii. She is currently working on my ESL endorsement.
She grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and went to three years of high school in central Pennsylvania. Her last year of high school was spent with relatives in Mexico. She has also lived in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Kentucky. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, swimming, and dancing.
What are you looking forward to most about this school year? “I'm looking forward to not wearing masks and teaching SPELLING!!!”
What do you love about your job? “I love getting to know my students and finding their strengths.”
