Mrs. Andrea Mounteer

Our new fourth grade teacher is Mrs. Andrea Mounteer.  Andrea has been teaching for 12 years, but this is her first time teaching fourth grade. We are so excited to have Mrs. Mounteer join our Brookside family.

Andrea graduated from Snowflake High School, in the White Mountains of Arizona.  She then attended Rick's College.  After graduation, she went straight to Brigham Young University and got a Bachelors in Social Work.  After working as a social worker for a few years she decidAndrea went back to school and got a Masters of Education.   She have enjoyed teaching since that time.

Mrs. Mounteer grew up in the small town of Snowflake, Arizona.  She come from a large family and is the youngest of eight children.  She is now married with eight children of her own. Her oldest daughter is married and lives in Arizona with her husband and baby girl.  Her other children all live here in Spanish Fork with the exception of one son who is currently serving a mission in Belem, Brazil.  She loves being a mother and a teacher and looks forward to all the excitement that each of these amazing opportunities offers.  Some of her hobbies include hiking, playing piano, reading and spending time with her family.
