Our fourth graders had a very busy September. First, we went on a field trip to Springville Power Plant to learn about Electrical Safety. We got to tour the plant and learn how it works. We listen to a presentation about safety and we got to try our some of tools that they electricians use. And just for fun, we got to try the shiny ball and feel that static energy shock.
We also had two presentations. The first was about storm water and storm drains. The fourth graders learn about what is good and more importantly the dangers about putting things down the storm drain. The other presentation came form our own Title 7 program where we learned about the Native Americans. Thank you for coming and teaching us!
