Dr. John Garrett is a certified Laughter Yoga instructor. He is also the parent of one of my students. We enjoyed learning something entirely different! Laughter Yoga helps to improve circulation, increase breathing and oxygen flow, stimulate acupressure points, release healing endorphins, enhance relationships, elevate positive mood levels, and increase one's joy thoughout the journey of life!

Brookside Elementary Halloween Parade and 6th Grade Thriller

Submitted by liz.porter on

We had so much fun at Brookside Elementary yesterday for Halloween. The students came in amazing costumes, had fun and yummy class parties, and everyone participated in the Halloween parade and watched the 6th grade perform Thriller for the school. We sure appreciated all the many hours of help and service our parents provided yesterday in the classrooms and coming to watch the parade and students. Thank you!
