Our play was called, "Count The Monkeys." It was based off of the book "Count The Monkeys" by Mac Barnett and Kevin Cornell. We had thrity-five students participating in the play and each person got to portray a different animal, combining at the end to all be monkeys. A big thank you to Sandra Lamb in our Skills department for making all of the animal masks. The students began working on the play about four weeks ago with the help of Kathleen Evans and her daughter in law, Hyesuhn Evans, who directed the entire play. The students had three performances on October 23rd at 10:00 a.m., 2:35 p.m, and 7:00 p.m. They performed so well and Mrs. Jorgensen and I are so proud of them and grateful for all of the help and support we received.
