Today we highlighted the following students for their praise worthy acts:
It was a beautiful day for a track meet. Our fifth graders enjoyed a day of great competition. We had a lot of students win their heats, but couldn’t pull out the time to make it to the finals. We are so proud of all the hard work from the fifth graders.
We are so proud of our fourth and fifth grade students for working so hard on their keyboarding skills. During their keyboarding class, they participated in a preliminary test to qualify for the district keyboarding competition. This looked different this year and students competed in their own school. Each student worked hard and did their very best.
Congratulations go to Annie Stewart, from Mrs. Gregory class, who placed 14th in the district in the fourth grade category.
Fourth Grade Competitors
These students below have been recognized for their excellence in 4th grade mathmatics. They have worked hard this year and memorized all their multiplation facts

Our sixth graders suffered through some cold, windy weather yesterday to compete in the Springville Track and Field meet. They didn’t let the cold stop them. They competed, had fun and did their very best. Great job to all of our sixth graders.
Mrs. Hall's class learned about plants this week. Mrs. Loveland helpd the students plant some seed in dirt and give them water. We are excited to see if our seeds will sprout!

It's a annual event in fifth grade. The students create their own state floats. Through the months of March and April, we are working hard to learn the states and capitals. To go along with that, fifth graders pick a state, research and learn all about the slate and make a float. Out students did amazing!
