Haunted Houses

Such AMAZING parents showed up to help all of the 3rd grade students build and paint their haunted houses in Miss Bradford’s class, Mrs. Knoebel’s class, and Mrs. Grave’s class. Students had so much fun!

Halloween Costume Choices for Ms. Bradford

Yep, Halloween is on its way! Have you ever wondered how teachers choose their costumes each year?  Miss Bradford decided to take it to her class to help her with the decision this year.  Her cute 3rd graders have a few good choices about what their teacher could be for Halloween. I wonder which one she will choose.

Brookside Elementary Praise Note Students For October 8, 2021

We had a bunch of students in Mrs. Gregory's class that were really great when they had a substitute: Andrew Bott, Caleb Hylton, Aiva Bird, Madi Robbins, Niki Love, Ruth Barker, Brooks Johnson, Dean Cardenas, Olivia Ollerton, Adalynn Rouse, Jesse Finlayson, and Ruby Workman. Thanks for being awesome! Miss Thomas says Amber Schmutz picked up garbage outside at recess and Mrs. Pickering said Owen Hylton and JT Papa shared their crayons with another student, Mrs.

For Social Studies, our fifth graders study American history.  Miss Bird’s class has  been studying the thirteen original colonies and were assigned to research and learn about one of the colonies.  The students worked hard to learn interesting facts about their colonies.  Instead of a traditional report, the students were assigned to make a Colony Pillow illustrati
