Praise Note Students For The Week Of August 27-31, 2018
Look at what many of our Brookside Tiger's were caught doing: Amelia Crawford was cleaning up trash on the playground, Kennedy Dabb listens to the teacher and does her best work, Tiffany Eaglefeather is on time to school and ready to have a great day, Henry Orme helped clean up someone else's mess, Hayden Harman is ready to listen to instructions.
Who Is This New Teacher At Brookside?
Some of the things that I love to do are swim, read, travel, watch sports, and go on adventures.
Brookside Elementary Praise Note Students
Brookside is off to a great start this year. We have many students who have earned praise notes this week. Students can earn a praise note by being caught doing something great at school. Helping others, being kind, clean, obedient, and other praiseworthy acts. Basically showing Tiger Pride. We hope every student will earn a praise note this year!
Brookside Had The Red Carpet Rolled Out For The First Day Of School
Thank you to the generosity of our Brookside parents, the students of Brookside were treated to a walk down the red carpet yesterday for the 1st day of school. It was complete with music, banners, lots of balloons and teacher's lining the way. Many of the teacher's enjoyed their own walks down the carpet as well. It was a wonderful start to what is sure to be a fantastic year!
Brookside Elementary Crossing Guard-Mrs. Cindy Collings
We love our crossing guard here at Brookside. This is her 2nd year and she crosses kids 3 times a day! She grew up in Springville and attended Art City Elementary. She has 5 children and 3 grandchildren. She loves the outdoors especially hiking, floating the river and fishing. She loves Jelly Belly Candy. She is married to Dan who is an electrical/general contractor. She has 2 dogs, a hedgehog, snake, and 5 bunnies. They go to Yellowstone to their cabin every summer, this summer they went to fish lake. Thank you Mrs. Collings, we sure sure appreciate you.
